I was thanking God last night for all the things that He has done for me.  The Holy Spirit spoke to me bringing, John 15:7 to mind.  He said if you are thankful, remain in Me and let my words remain in you.  In other words, all those things are fruitless if I am not obedient to God's word.  He said let Me know that you are thankful by being obedient.

What and/or who are you holding on to?  God will not  teach a man to walk who is trusting to a crutch. Let go and let God and walk on into victory.. 1st Peter 5:7  "casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you."

“Broken things can be fixed”.  I am a living witness that God can and will “restore”. “So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, The crawling locust, The consuming locust, And the chewing locust,”  Joel 2:25 To avoid any misunderstanding, I say broken things can be fixed, spiritually.  Naturally, somethings are unrepairable.  I was talking to a lady and she all but said; no Ruth, everything CAN NOT be fixed. My response to her was YES IT CAN because there is nothing too hard for my God. “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?” Jeremiah 32:27 But He said, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.” Luke 18:27 If God threw away everything broken; where would I be?  My real question is, who wants something that is broken or damaged?

Seek God and His blessings will come seeking you.    “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”- Matthew 6:33

 All of the confusion going on is a trick from the enemy.  One of his biggest tricks is to distract us & to keep us from getting what God has for us. "Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour." 1st Peter 5:8 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:14-16
